MEET JONATHAN
I have been married to my wonderful wife Hannah, since 2012. We work together in our investment business. We also enjoy traveling the world and are very active in volunteer work. I am also an avid home brewer…
I have worked in residential sales as a broker; co-created an investing group in Florida for single-family homes; worked with lease options, short sales, and REOs for investment; and have worked in commercial brokerage.
Since 2012, my main focus has been on land investing.
My wife and I enjoy that we get to do everything together in business and our personal lives. We live in the mountains and love basically anything to do with them – hiking, biking, and skiing!
I am a huge fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Baltimore Orioles, New England Patriots, and Boston Bruins.
- I have done over 1000 vacant land transactions; including flips, owner financing, subdividing and developing.
- I have also helped dozens of others learn to do the same and become financially free, full-time investors.

MEET GINIS
With 15+ years in residential, land, and mixed-use real estate, I believe land investing is the simplest and most effective way for newbies to succeed, offering a manageable learning curve with strong profits.
I’ve been in real estate for over 15+ years. I started doing deals here and there in 2008. In 2011, I started working for a major real estate investor. I got my real estate license in 2012, but quickly learned that the traditional real estate side was not for me.
Over the years, I’ve done fix-and-flips, wholesaling, rental properties, small apartments, and land development. Today, I focus almost all my time on land investing and mentoring other investors. Why? Because land is simpler. Less headaches. More freedom, and I love helping people succeed.
When I’m not working, I’m traveling and spending time with my beautiful wife Melony and our three daughters.
